This is said by Bhagawan Krishna to Arjuna in Bhagavad-gita. This sloka means, " For the upliftment of the good and virtuous, For the destruction of evil, For the re-establishment of the natural law, I will come, in every age ".

In Treta yuga Lord Vishnu took Rama avatara and in Dwapara yuga he took Krishna avatara. And in this Kali yuga Lord Vishnu has come in the form of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. Here is an incident between Sri Ramakrishna and Vivekananda to prove this.

Though Sri Ramakrishna often declared that the Lord himself was sporting through his body, Vivekananda's sceptical mind did not believe it. A couple of days before the passing away of Sri Ramakrishna, a thought arose in Vivekananda's mind : " If on his death-bed Ramakrishna declares himself as God, then only I shall believe him as God ".

No sooner had Naren ( Vivekananda ) thought this than the master turned towards him and said, " O, my Naren, are you not yet convinced ? He who was Rama, He who was Krishna, He himself is now Ramakrishna in this body ". Then Narendra was fully convinced about the Avatarhood of Sri Ramakrishna.

When Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was alive, many spiritual seekers used to come to him for spiritual solace. Who ever came with earnestness felt his unbounded Love and got spiritually uplifted by his presence and words. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa taught a lot of spiritual lessons through his life and inspired millions in spiritual path. Even today for many, books on Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa's life are a great source of spiritual knowledge.

India has suffered long, the religion eternal has suffered long. But the Lord is merciful. Once more he has come to help his children, once more the opportunity to rise is given to fallen India.  Indian can only rise by sitting at the feet of  Sri Ramakrishna. Now what all we need to do is to spread his life and teachings far and wide, and are to be made to penetrate every pore of Hindu Society.
